Have advised local and foreign corporations on business model, incorporation, commercial viability, securities and registrations of mortgages/charges regulatory and statutory compliance matters. Have advised and prepared documentation pertaining to infrastructure development and financing of road project in Pakistan. Have the ability to draft various agreements within a short span of time keeping afore the key concerns and legal interest of clients. Have given opinions to clients and companies on managerial, employment and labor issues such as on enforceability of non compete agreement, confidentiality, non disclosure obligations, dismissal, termination, benefits, harassments, discrimination, provident fund contributions and disciplinary matters.
